Aerospace Manufacturing

Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Pay:$20 per hour


A growing aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for customers. This role supports new orders and helps resolve any delivery or order related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates

Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus.
