Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role works closely with sales, engineering, production, and logistics teams to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
