What would you do as a Customer Service Representative

As a new Full Time Customer Service Representative at Able Industrial Products Inc., you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine. Your day will kick off at 8:00 am, where you’ll dive into answering customer inquiries, providing solutions, and troubleshooting product-related issues. Each interaction is an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and deliver exceptional service! You'll also collaborate with team members to share insights and practices, enhancing our collective performance.

Expect to manage customer accounts, process orders, and follow up on inquiries throughout the day, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm—perfect for work-life balance while keeping you energized for a productive week ahead.
