This role is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the apartment community to ensure safe, clean, and attractive living environments for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs, and will be committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas, including:
Plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)
Electrical (e.g., replacing outlets, troubleshooting lighting)
Carpentry (e.g., door repairs, cabinetry fixes)
Appliance repair and replacement
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
Complete resident service requests/work orders promptly and professionally
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
