Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Order Management)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
PeopleShare is hiring for a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong order processing and order management background.
If you have experience managing customer orders inside an ERP system and enjoy working with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
Review purchase orders for pricing, delivery dates, terms, shipping details, and accuracy
Enter and update orders within an ERP system
Provide customers with order status, delivery updates, and product information
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Credit teams to resolve order issues
Maintain customer records and documentation
Process returns, credit memos, credit applications, and related transactions
Monitor open orders and ensure timely follow-up
What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B customer service, order processing, order management, or sales support experience
Strong ERP experience required
SAP experience highly preferred
Experience handling customer purchase orders from start to finish
Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
