Member Experience Leader (MXL)
- Anytime Fitness Skagit County (Mount Vernon & Sedro Woolley)
Job Summary: Anytime Fitness is seeking a driven and sales-focused Member Experience Manager to lead our gym to new heights. This role is perfect for an energetic leader who thrives on growing membership and personal training revenue while fostering a welcoming and engaging fitness community. As the face of the club, you will drive sales, establish community partnerships, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional experiences that keep members coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Membership & Training Sales - Primary Focus
Proactively generate leads, conduct outreach, and close sales to grow gym membership and personal training services.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed membership and revenue goals.
Build relationships with prospective and current members to enhance retention and upsell training services.
Utilize sales scripts, follow-up processes, and CRM tools to track and convert leads.
Community & Brand Growth
Actively network and build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and influencers to drive brand awareness and attract new members.
Plan and execute community events, promotions, and engagement campaigns that increase club exposure.
Promote Anytime Fitness' mission through social media, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
Teamwork & Culture Building
Work with and assist staff to ensure outstanding member experiences and sales performance.
Develop a high-energy, results-driven culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
Participate in team meetings on sales techniques, service excellence, and gym operations.
Operational Excellence
Manage daily club operations to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient facility.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure the club delivers an exceptional first impression to every visitor.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented leader with a passion for fitness and sales.
Prior sales experience is required (fitness industry experience is a plus but not necessary).
Strong ability to connect with people, influence decisions, and close sales.
Highly driven to meet and exceed performance goals.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and 1 or more Saturdays a month.
( Shifts can start as early as 9am and end as late as 7pm )
