As the Convention Services Manager, you are instrumental in delivering exceptional event experiences while driving revenue performance. You will cultivate and grow catering accounts, re-engage past clients, and strengthen existing relationships to achieve and exceed catering and associated room revenue goals aligned with the hotelโ€™s Business Plan.

You are meticulous, client focused, and skilled at coordinating complex group events.

The Role

Serve as the primary liaison for groups after booking, finalize details, and ensure flawless execution across departments.
