Capital Convention Contractors is a full-service general contractor for trade shows, conventions, and events throughout the Northeast and beyond. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with our clients and exhibitors.

We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Exhibitor Services Representative to join our team. This position combines office-based event preparation with on-site customer service at trade shows and conventions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

On-Site Event Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors during trade shows and conventions.
  • Assist exhibitors with questions regarding shipping, material handling, labor, furniture rentals, and other event services.
  • Process on-site orders for labor, furnishings, freight, and additional services using our web-based order management system.
  • Resolve exhibitor issues quickly and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all exhibitor services are accurately billed and collected.
  • Work closely with operations and show management teams to provide a seamless exhibitor experience.

Office & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing exhibitor service manuals for upcoming events.
  • Enter and maintain event information within our online order management system.
  • Edit and distribute exhibitor contact lists and event communications.
  • Provide customer support via phone and email leading up to events.
  • Support the Exhibitor Services Department with a variety of administrative projects.

  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast for trade shows and conventions.

  • Ability to stand and work on-site during events.
