Position: Conventions Coordinator II
Location: Auburn, MA 01501 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Pay Rate: $28.59/hour on W2

Job Summary

The Conventions Coordinator II is responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of convention and event operations, including inventory planning, shipment coordination, order management, and SAP tracking. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure products are available, shipped on time, and returned accurately while maintaining compliance and service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate convention and event logistics from planning through completion.
  • Create and maintain event records in SAP.
  • Manage inventory planning to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate shipments, returns, and warehouse activities.
  • Track inventory and follow up on missing or unreturned items.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
  • Process reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in event logistics, order management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and inventory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
