  • Create and maintain accurate BEOs, group resumes, event timelines, and other operational documents.
  • Conduct pre-con and planning meetings and communicate client expectations clearly to all hotel departments.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Catering to ensure a seamless transition from contracting to planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience while generating incremental revenue through upgrades, amenities, food and beverage enhancements, meeting room requirements, and other value-added services.
  • Monitor event details, changes, deadlines, and financial commitments to ensure the hotel delivers what was promised while protecting revenue and profitability.
  • Be present and visible during key events, providing proactive support and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership and operating departments to ensure successful execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and systems throughout the event lifecycle.

Education & Experience
