We're looking for an experienced and service-focused Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-service hotel. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about hospitality.

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in a full-service hotel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
