Job description

The Hotel Assistant General Manager supports the Hotel Management Team by focusing on daily operations with an emphasis on guest services. This role involves overseeing various hotel functions to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and efficient staff management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel staff to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Enhance guest relations through effective communication and problem resolution
