The Hotel Assistant General Manager supports the Hotel Management Team by focusing on daily operations with an emphasis on guest services. This role involves overseeing various hotel functions to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and efficient staff management.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Enhance guest relations through effective communication and problem resolution
• Oversee financial activities including budgeting and expense control
• Support daily operational processes and ensure quality control
• Coordinate staff training to improve skills and service delivery
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Ensure facility maintenance aligns with safety and quality standards
