Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development professional to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee development and training programs while supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building structured training systems, managing external intermediaries, and overseeing government-supported workforce development programs. This position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve company-wide training and development systems, including onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs.
  • Identify organizational and role-based training needs through collaboration with department leaders and performance analysis.
  • Develop training materials, delivery schedules, and evaluation metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain employee training manuals, SOPs, and learning guides to support systematic talent development.
  • Create, standardize, and manage documentation for onboarding, job roles, internal processes, and best practices.
  • Regularly update training content to reflect policy changes, operational improvements, and compliance requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with external training providers, consultants, educational institutions, and workforce development agencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and partners related to HRD initiatives.
  • Ensure service quality, contract compliance, and timely delivery of training and development programs.
  • Manage government-funded training subsidies and grants, including application processes, compliance with funding requirements, documentation, audits, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to ensure accurate submission, approval, and reimbursement of training-related subsidies.

Qualifications:      

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (highly preferred).
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
  • Familiarity with government-funded training or workforce development programs.
  • Experience managing external vendors or intermediaries.
