Job Description
The Content Operations Specialist will act as a primary point of contact and administrator in the company's promotional work management tool. They will evaluate and assign resources for video requests across all mediums company-wide and will be responsible for asset project management and stakeholder communications. The Specialist will also be responsible for training, onboarding, and system administration, as well as aiding in the evaluation and improvement of promotional asset workflows. The ideal candidate is an organized individual with highly developed communication skills, eager to be a point of contact between multiple non-technical teams and technical fulfillment teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as Admin and subject matter expert in Starz's promotional asset work management software
  • Receive and vet video, image, and digital promotional requests for accuracy and production timeline feasibility
  • Work closely with Starz marketing and broadcast stakeholders to determine resource needs and facilitate change management
  • Track and manage data entry within the asset planning system, keeping stakeholders apprised
  • Maintain promotional asset system hygiene and data integrity to facilitate downstream automations
  • Manage assignments and workloads across various Content Operations team members, reevaluating and reassigning as needed
  • Manage system user access and permissions
  • Onboard and train new users in the promotional work management system
  • Collect, create, and manage workflow process documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve daily workflows
  • Assist team with high level initiatives and process discussion

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in operational or media project management Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage a large volume of requests and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and determine priority of work based on multiple avenues of requests and communication
  • Flexibility and confidence to adapt to shifting workflows and company goals
  • Highly attuned attention to detail related to data creation and management
  • Outstanding analytical skills to evaluate nuanced project requests and their process workflows
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and across departments

NICE TO HAVES
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront work management software and/or related project management software
  • Background in entertainment, production, or post-production workflows

COMPENSATION
$65,000 - $75,000
