Job description

Role Overview

This is a hands on operations role working directly with our Operations Lead in our Bastrop office, located about 25 miles east of Austin. You will be involved in the day to day execution of the business and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. This role is critical to the daily success of the business.

This is not a narrow or highly specialized position. You will work across customer service, order management, coordination with production, and basic financial tasks. The goal is for you and our Operations Lead to operate as a tight, highly effective two person team that runs the entire operation.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer phones and communicate directly with customers.
  • Enter and manage orders, returns, and customer requests.
  • Post deposits and assist with basic financial tracking.
  • Coordinate with production on order status and timelines.
  • Assist with payables and general office operations.
  • Keep workflows organized and moving efficiently.
  • Step into whatever needs to be done to keep daily operations running.
