  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Consumer Insights related discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product or fragrance testing role


Top 3 skills:

  • Good knowledge of consumer insights techniques and methodologies, at ease with PowerPoint, Excel, and usage of software in general
  • Drive for results, self-motivated team player and high autonomy, proactive approach

As a Consumer Insight Manager Beauty USA, you will be responsible for the execution of consumer insights tests that will drive business growth in USA.

Your focus will be mainly Hair Care.


Your key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the global GCB CI Leads Beauty (based in Geneva) to ensure strategic CI programs and tests are executed in USA.
  • On the day to day, report directly to the Consumer Insight Senior Manager Skin Cleansing & AP deo based in Princeton.
  • Successfully drive the consumer insights tests in USA for Hair Care global consumer brands.
  • Set up tests, liaise with agencies to put in place fieldworks, monitor fieldworks, and ensure data quality.
  • Analyse and synthesize data to develop actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports using our proprietary tool and debrief internal stakeholders on the results.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of established and standard CI methods.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in USA and in other markets.


You bring

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Consumer Insights related discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product or fragrance testing role
