This role is responsible for creating, leading, and executing the US consumer insights learning agenda and translating deep human understanding into clear guidance to drive consumer, business, brand, innovation and portfolio decision-making in the USA. The role acts as the consumer expert, ensuring the consumer perspective is embedded at every step.
Accountabilities:
  • Design robust, best-in-class consumer insights learning plans that meet the needs of US & Global marketing teams
  • Independently manage and ensure flawless execution of consumer research
  • Manage various research methodologies and sources at one time, with keen ability to translate data and key learnings into insights
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to the marketing organization, including development & management of US consumer targets and key brand insights
  • Co-lead brand health tracking and marketing measurement in the USA
  • Measure US ad campaigns, including development, validation, and effectiveness
  • Provide innovation insight support as needed and support new launch performance measurement

  • Managing and reporting of US Consumer insights, research, brand health, and campaign measurement

Qualification, Education, & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree & 5-7 years of insights experience, Alc/Bev or CPG preferred

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
