Job Description/Responsibilities
As the Marketing Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in developing consumer, shopper and market insights across the Sazerac spirits portfolio for the US market. You will be a true partner to the Brand, Innovation, Creative, Media, and Category teams. The role is to integrate primary research, syndicated sources and sales data and to translate these data into actionable recommendations that drive brand growth, innovation and commercial decision-making.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the design and delivery of consumer, shopper, and market insights across the Sazerac spirits portfolio for the US (all brands and categories)
  • Build a holistic view using multiple data sources (Kantar, YouGov, IWSR, Mintel, Nielsen) and translate into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Brand, Innovation, Creative, Media, Category teams to optimize brand strategies, innovation pipeline and support key commercial decisions
  • Manage external research partners and vendors, including agency selection, briefing, and quality control, ensuring best-in-class delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, market research or related fields
  • 3+ years relevant experience in consumer insights / market research
  • Proven ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical tools (power bi, excel, statistics) experience

Preferred:
  • Alcohol / beverage category knowledge with experience in cpg / fmcg industry in the us market
  • Stakeholder management across all levels with ability to influence decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $134,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
