Description
  • Own the end-customer insights and competitive intelligence function for US spanning from smartphone to computing and wearables categories — delivering high quality customer segment analysis, competitive market research, and sales recommendations across Consumer, Carrier and Business channels.
  • Track and interpret competitor moves, product launches, pricing actions and specs shifts; be the single point of contact for competitive intelligence tied to new product introductions and campaigns, translating signals into actionable insights for reseller account teams as well as sales and product marketing leadership.
  • Develop and assess consumer trends and shopper dynamics, segment the market and highlight opportunities and risks within current year and beyond. Make recommendations that could unlock opportunities or mitigate risks; ensure regular reporting is dependable, accurate, and high quality.
  • Represent decisions and recommendations from your analysis to sales leadership and the broader product marketing function, fully integrated with business development teams and into longer term account planning activities.
