Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and general computer skills a must.
Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control (good organizational skills)
Some heavy lifting (50lbs)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Service Supervisor
Call Center lead person serving consumers via phone or email.
Primary in training and overseeing temporary representatives.
Identify potential product issues.
Reviews reports generated from part sales.
Maintain Consumer Log (Call & email contact) with detailed notes. This log is used to provide reporting to our
customer as well as our sales staff.
Inventory Control:
Utilize computer systems for consumer orders, payment processing, review and process invoices/reports for shipping,
parts receipt and parts database.
Maintain Master Files of model specifications and notes for Customer Service use.
Assist with Owners Manual production and review/prep for new items
Warehouse:
Pick, pack and process consumer and sales shipments.
Receiving of parts and supplies.
Coordinate annual Physical Inventory.
Review and reorganize warehouse locations as prep for incoming parts.
Administrative Duties as needed:
As time allows, provide support to Operations Officer and sales team. Tasks include Sales Tax preparation, accounting
input, filing shipping claims, sales projects as requested.
