Job description

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead key brand insights initiatives, delivering the research, measurement, and strategic recommendations that help strengthen brand performance and drive business results.

The Insights Manager is responsible for supporting business and marketing partners by providing insights that facilitate data-driven marketing and business strategies and decision-making. Global Insights serves as the voice of the market as it relates to brand health, consumer behavior and attitudes, marketing effectiveness, and competitive dynamics.

The primary focus of this role is to lead and evolve core brand insights initiatives to strengthen brand as a driver of growth by measuring performance, informing decisions and identifying opportunities to enhance impact-such as global brand health and equity tracking, campaign and creative effectiveness, sponsorship measurement, and other strategic brand initiatives -ensuring the organization is measuring and understanding brand performance effectively.

In this role, the Insights Manager oversees the design and execution of research programs, manages external partners, and synthesizes multiple data sources to deliver clear, actionable insights. The role leverages a combination of foundational and agile research approaches-such as tracking, ad hoc studies, and community-based research-to connect marketing efforts to brand outcomes and support business growth.

The Insights Manager also plays a key role in shaping how the organization measures and evaluates brand performance, strengthening methodologies, improving consistency across work, and upskilling stakeholders on brand insights and measurement approaches-ensuring insights are effectively understood, adopted, and connected to broader business priorities.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee assigned research programs and projects, including objective setting, methodology, partner evaluation, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery.
  • Own and evolve core brand insights programs (e.g., global brand tracking, campaign and creative effectiveness, sponsorship and partnership measurement), ensuring quality, consistency, scalability, and alignment to broader business priorities and learning agendas.
  • Guide and oversee brand research studies and measurement approaches, ensuring strong methodology, high-quality data collection, data accuracy, rigorous analysis, and actionable reporting.
  • Synthesize data across brand insights initiatives (e.g., tracking, campaign performance, sponsorship measurement, and secondary research), evaluating marketing effectiveness and translating findings into clear, actionable insights that link brand performance to business outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder intake, priorities, and communication, shaping brand learning plans and ensuring alignment on business questions, expectations, and application of insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring brand insights are understood, relevant, and actively applied to decision-making.
  • Oversee vendors, research partners, and platforms supporting brand insights programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value of external support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in brand insights and measurement, supporting the upskilling of stakeholders and team members on methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Supervise and develop team members as applicable, providing guidance on research design, analysis, and storytelling while fostering professional growth.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of brand measurement and insights, strengthening methodologies, tools, and processes and connecting brand performance to broader market, cultural, and consumer trends. Elevating the credibility and impact of the Global Insights function

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of Marketing Insights or Research experience, including translating data, trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable business insights
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Experience working in a global or multi-market environment
  • Experience in travel, mobility, or hospitality industries
  • Proven experience in leading and managing research programs from conception to completion
  • Experience with research platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
  • Experience managing and developing people
