Job Title: Product Manager - Retail Product Lines
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to join our team and lead innovative consumer apparel projects. Our team is focused on building global product strategies and delivering high-quality, market-leading solutions within the sports apparel sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy for global sports apparel, focusing on the end-to-end creation process and market readiness.
  • Own and deliver key product management milestones, from upstream briefing to downstream product pitching with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technical development, merchandising, consumer insights, finance, and external league partners.
  • Lead and facilitate multifunctional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, problem-solving, and execution of consumer-relevant products.

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Product Development, Sports Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in product management, merchandising, or other consumer-focused roles managing large-scale apparel products and working with design teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer insight analysis and strong analytical skills relevant to business decision-making.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead and influence collaborative teams and build relationships with high-profile external partners.
