Job description
Description:
- Support general office operations Sherco Generating Station
- Assist with administrative duties for a team of approximately 10 individuals, including plant management and engineering staff.
- General office support including filing and arranging meetings
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Catering arrangements for meetings and events
- Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries
- Backup support for time and expense management in UKG
- Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%)
- 5-7 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics
- Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure
- Schedule: Full-time onsite presence, Monday through Thursday.
