Location- Dayton, Ohio (On-Site)
Compensation
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 for attorneys with 0-1 year of experience
Higher compensation available based on relevant experience

Responsibilities
Draft contracts, motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
Provide legal counsel and support to clients
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications
Active Ohio Bar License required
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
