Reports to Operations manager, works closely with drivers and dispatchers on routing and customer care. CDL and experience in the industry preferred.

Implement and maintain high standards in Safety, Productivity and customer service. Commercial manager will be responsible for discipline, scheduling and staffing within the department.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including on call and some weekends.
