  • At least 5+ years collection experience.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate sources of information and draw conclusions and a strong working knowledge of credit union operations and philosophy.
  • Excellent communication skills and loan underwriting knowledge are key.
Norfolk Credit union is seeking an Operations Manager for our close-knit community credit union with a proud history and a strong vision for the future.
