As a Plumber's Apprentice / Helper, you ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Culligan Water Conditioning. You go out in the field with an experienced commercial/industrial plumbing technician, and while providing assistance, they mentor and train you on everything from industry related tasks to how to professionally interact with our clients. As a Commercial/Industrial Apprentice Plumber you will be given all the training and experience that you will need for you to become your own master plumber in time, and the best part is that you will be paid a fair wage while you learn the trade. 
We will pay fair market value wages of up to $16.00 per hour for a well-qualified individual for the job. We also have bonus incentive and commission incentive programs available, along with paid vacation, paid sick time, 401k retirement, health benefits and more.
