You won’t just watch — you’ll actively participate and build skills every day.

  • Learn system layout and basic plumbing design principles

  • Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues such as clogs, leaks, and pressure problems

  • Help install water filtration systems, water softeners, and treatment equipment

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, professional job sites

  • Familiarity with common plumbing terminology and processes

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and installation guides

  • Commitment to using proper PPE and practicing safe tool handling

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving mindset

Expectations
  • Follow instructions from the Lead Plumber and Plumbing Supervisor accurately and promptly

  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and customer interaction

  • Adhere to all company policies related to safety, fleet management, communication, and quality control

  • Accurately complete ServiceTitan processes and required documentation

  • Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly

  • Contribute positively to team culture and customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements
  • Work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind

  • Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting

  • Climb ladders and scaffolding as needed

  • Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and utility rooms

  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds

  • Operate power tools and work in environments with moving mechanical parts

Other Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework a plus)

  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

  • Successful completion of a basic plumbing skills assessment

Why Start Your Career With Us?
  • Hands-on mentorship from experienced plumbers

  • Clear pathway toward licensing and advancement

  • Stable, year-round work
