How to be a good commercial manager?

Career: Commercial Manager

A good commercial manager needs extensive experience within their industry and intimate familiarity with their company. You need a firm understanding of all departments of your organization, including sales and marketing, accounting and finance, and human resources. In addition to mastering your own job duties, you must also be able to fill several sub-roles as needed by other departments. Most commercial managers earn at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance. The best commercial managers are skilled at identifying problems, developing practical solutions, and drafting better policies.
