Job description

Title: Personal Property Analyst 

Location: Virginia Beach 

Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the Intelligence Systems Officer by utilizing the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse module and the complete lifecycle of property accountability documentation.
  •  Assist in the scheduling and monitoring inventory progress for Group 2 Intelligence Department warehouse.
  •  Assist in establishing and maintaining the records of the property accountability systems, to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit.
  • Assemble kits in DPAS Warehouse and document inventories for deployment ISO worldwide contingency operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accountability of personal property of kits and in warehouse.
  • Assist in Processing the gain and loss of warehouse assets in DPAS Warehouse including uploading of receipt and supporting documentation of newly acquired assets and processing items for issue to DRMO.
  • Assist in Preparing required documentation for missing, lost, stolen or damaged property.

Qualifications:

  • Contractor should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Expeditionary Logistics and be proficient in DPAS Warehouse, MS Excel and other programs in the MS Office Suite.
  • Contractor personnel filling this position require an active SECRET security clearance at the start of contract performance.
