Smart Commercial Construction, Co. is a design-build commercial construction company dedicated to achieving a high level of client satisfaction in a timely fashion. Established in 2013 after many years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors, the company recognized a demand for a commercial product with more finesse than what typically exists in the commercial construction marketplace.

Smart Commercial Construction, Co. is looking to hire experienced, self-motivated carpenters that possess a wide range of skill sets including, but not limited to framing, trimming, siding, concrete flatwork and foundations, precast concrete, and structural steel. Carpenters receive the satisfaction of working on and being a part of all phases of construction and seeing projects through to completion. Carpenters are full time, year-round, employees who are paid based on experience. Immediate growth and advancement opportunities are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow established safety policies, rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
  • Read and understand blueprints, diagrams and written instructions. Must utilize mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to complete job requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, a friendly team environment within the organization, and interact effectively with trade partners.
  • Handle potentially high levels of stress while remaining calm and collected.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
