Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects
  • Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
  • Conduct site visits and roof assessments as needed
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and proposals
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Identify opportunities to secure new business and expand existing accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing
  • Experience with takeoff and estimating software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and accountability
  • Existing relationships within the commercial construction, roofing, general contractor, or property management community are a significant plus, but not required
