Mission:
We seek an Operations Team Administrator to provide robust administrative support to our Central Operations Team, serving across our IT, Digital, Events & Projects, and Security teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with grace and follow-through. By supporting the operations team, this administrator will help build and maintain the systems that empower ministry, serve our staff and volunteers well, and advance the mission of discipleship at Vox Church.
Outcomes:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Operations Team.
  • Gather, analyze, and leverage feedback and information to improve operational efficiency across teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform projects, decisions, and new initiatives.
  • Aid in the development, documentation, and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and logistics for team meetings and internal events.
  • Support the Security team by helping maintain access documentation, coordinating safety procedures, and assisting with compliance tracking for events and facilities.
  • Identify, test, and help implement tools and systems to improve church-wide effectiveness and streamline operations.
