Job Purpose

The Chief Sales and Revenue Officer (CSRO) will be responsible for driving our revenue growth by aligning sales strategy with broader revenue-generating functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing the company's revenue growth strategy.
  • Leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Partnering with technology team to develop E-Commerce strategies.
  • Involvement in the Team's reorganization, including establishing an Industrial Sales Team and Pricing Team.
  • Overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer service, operations, and fleet maintenance teams to maximize revenue.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Improving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Reporting revenue performance and growth plans to the CEO and board.
Qualifications
