Chief Operations Officer - Wealth Management HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Hemphill has been retained to help a highly successful wealth management firm with an excellent reputation add a key member to their leadership team. This firm has achieved impressive year-over-year growth, doubling in size over the last five years. A key to their success is tied to clients who have enjoyed excellent returns and exceptional service.

Based on their growth, strategic hires have increased the size of the team. The decision to add a Chief Operations Officer will allow the CEO and Chief Investment Officer to concentrate on clients and investment strategies critical to the firm's success. The COO will make a significant impact while preparing the firm for the next stage of development and growth.

In this role, you will report to the CEO and take ownership of operations, administration, client service, systems, processes, technology, marketing, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, billing, payroll, facilities, vendor management, compliance, and human resources. You will partner with the CEO and Directors on strategy, planning, and evaluating new business opportunities & acquisitions. This position is ideal for an experienced leader passionate about hiring, training, developing teams, and improving efficiencies through systems, processes, and technology.
