Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, developing long-term client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in the healthcare and RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the healthcare and RCM sectors.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/RCM or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience scaling sales teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
