Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, developing long-term client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in the healthcare and RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
