Job description

LGI Homes is seeking a Vice President of Sales in Birmingham, Alabama.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive sales and continue our growth in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Sales is completely responsible for driving sales operations within the region, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service. This position will recruit, train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for the ongoing development and training of their team, conducting monthly manager trainings and goal-setting sessions. This role will also participate in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities and create weekly sales reports for leadership.

Qualifications

A top producing sales management record and 5+ years of experience training, managing and motivating a team of personnel is required in this role. The VP of Sales must have excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback. Saturday and Sunday work and a valid driver’s license is required.
