Position: Business Development / Sales Head
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to bring in new direct clients and MSP accounts
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at mid-size to large enterprises
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into ongoing business partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Redefined Corp's value proposition in meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline and report on weekly progress
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time staffing needs across IT and non-IT domains.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6+ years of business development experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (US market)
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Strong network of client contacts in both IT and non-IT verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics, admin, etc.)Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
