Job description

Position Summary 

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to lead enterprise growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion across the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven record of selling enterprise software, AI, SaaS, or digital health solutions to SNFs, home health systems, payers, and healthcare technology partners. 

This executive will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to establish market strategies, build strategic alliances, and drive high-value enterprise sales opportunities.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute the company's business development and go-to-market strategy  

  • Build relationships with C-suite leaders at healthcare provider associations, payer sources, and health-tech organizations.  

  • Identify and close enterprise software and AI solution opportunities.  

  • Establish strategic partnerships with EHR vendors, consulting firms, cloud providers, and healthcare organizations.  

  • Participate in contract negotiations and partnership agreements.  

  • Drive pipeline growth, revenue forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.  

  • Collaborate with Product support team, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with market needs.  

  • Represent the company at healthcare and AI industry conferences and executive forums.  

  • Build and mentor a high-performing business development and enterprise sales organization.  

Qualifications 

  • MBA or advanced healthcare/business degree.  

  • Experience scaling venture-backed healthcare technology companies.  

  • Knowledge of clinical operations in SNFs and Home Health organizations.  

  • Existing executive network across healthcare providers and payers.
