This executive-level role will support BHcare’s continued growth by advancing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening community relationships, and supporting long-term organizational sustainability. The **Chief Business Development Officer** will provide leadership for business development, strategic growth, development, marketing, communications, grants, and community engagement, working closely with the President/CEO, executive leadership, and external partners to move approved strategies from concept to implementation. ***This position is open only to candidates who permanently reside in Connecticut.
