Description:
The Vice President of Business Development's primary role will be to serve as an Ambassador and Champion of the Metz Culinary brand, growing revenue through Client Acquisition. The VP will be dedicated to the implementation of a successful sales strategy and execution of the full cycle business development process. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Research and analyses of new business opportunities and client pools
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Work closely with Contracting, Legal and Finance to develop proposals
  • Prepare and present captivating, and unprecedented presentations to Clients and C-Level Associates
  • Utilize technology to develop captivating presentations using graphs, charts and pivot tables to prove the value of our brand
  • Convey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values and attributes through impeccable communication skills
  • Follow through and conduct negotiations
  • Be prepared to provide statistics and complex business models

Requirements:
  • 10 Years of Solid Food Service Management Sales Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or similar
  • Experience as a Director or High Level Project Manager in Sales
  • Solid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
