This is an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Manager, Channel Enablement onsite in Peachtree City GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing channel partner programs, tools, and resources to enhance business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies. Monitors program performance and adjust tactics to maximize impact.
What you'll do
  • Drive efforts to enhance and optimize Distribution Channel Programs including PartnerEdge, MarketPro, and stock purchasing promotions. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Commercial Finance to achieve optimum results.
  • Collaborate with business unit Leaders, customer experience, and Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver best-in-class experience for distributors. This may include collaboration/leadership of initiatives including OTC Concierge and Win at Stock and collecting VOC from channel partners to ensure programs meet their needs.
  • Regularly reviews and benchmarks effectiveness of programs and tools for distribution partners. Combine analytical and commercial insights to drive optimum inventory position and growth with key distribution partners. Develop and champion tools that can provide scalable/ self-serve category management capabilities to rest of sales team.
  • Champion and manage commercial productivity initiatives with key distribution partners by interfacing with customer experience, supply chain, and sales teams.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in marketing strategies and partnership management.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner program management, strategic marketing, or commercial operations/finance, with demonstrated success working in highly cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing programs, processes, or tools that support channel partners, distributors, or sales organizations.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with a track record of building structure, driving initiatives, and delivering measurable outcomes with limited direction.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, supply chain), with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: $149,610 - $199,480 (based on experience level)
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 20%
