About the Position
The Senior Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of global channel programs, with primary ownership of WatchGuardOne and related partner initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations, driving scalable program design, financial alignment, and global rollout execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in channel program management within a global technology organization and has successfully led cross-functional initiatives that improve partner experience, accelerate recurring revenue growth, and enhance operational rigor.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive communication, financial acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into structured, executable programs.
Channel Program Strategy & Governance
  • Own the global strategy and day-to-day management of WatchGuardOne and related partner programs.
  • Define program constructs, eligibility rules, performance thresholds, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead annual program refresh cycles and quarterly optimization reviews.
  • Monitor partner performance trends and proactively recommend enhancements aligned to corporate growth priorities.

Financial Modeling & KPI Managemen
  • Partner with Finance to model rebate exposure, ROI, and budget alignment.
  • Track and report on key KPIs (ARR growth, cross-sell mix, partner tier progression, rebate ROI, NRR trends).
  • Lead QBR reporting and develop executive-ready summaries for senior leadership.
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with corporate growth, profitability, and margin objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead global, cross-functional working groups across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, and Product to drive alignment and approvals for program changes and pilot initiatives.
  • Anticipate downstream operational impacts across systems, compensation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for complex initiatives from design through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Process Improvement & Partner Experience
  • Identify friction points in the partner lifecycle and drive process simplification to improve ease of doing business.
  • Lead ongoing enhancements to the Partner Portal and related program infrastructure.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Tableau, and analytics tools to enhance program visibility, automation, and usability.

Sales Enablement & Change Management
  • Develop and deliver enablement content supporting program launches and updates.
  • Lead ongoing improvements to Partner Enablement programs.
  • Drive adoption across regional sales leaders and partner-facing teams.
  • Build structured communication and readiness plans to ensure clarity and consistent global execution.

Required Experience
  • 8-12+ years in Channel Programs, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a global technology organization (cybersecurity experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional program launches at global scale.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with experience partnering closely with Finance on incentive governance and ROI tracking.
  • Experience designing programs that support recurring revenue and subscription models.
  • Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting (QBRs, strategic reviews, board-ready summaries).
  • Experience driving tool and process adoption across global sales organizations.

Compensation
The base salary range is $140,000-$160,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 10% of the base salary. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
