Responsibilities

We'reย looking for a Channel Program Manager to help build, refine, and scale our partner ecosystem. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, fine-tuning how our partner program operates, streamlining the processes and data that power it, and helping deliver high-impact engagement programs across our full partner landscape (resellers, technology/ISV, and consulting/SI partners).ย This is a great fit for someone who loves making things run better.ย 

Program Operationsย ย 

  • Identifyย gaps and friction points in the partner program and drive improvements to program structure, benefits, and requirementsย 
  • Maintain and evolve program documentation, policies, and partner-facing materialsย 
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing,ย salesย  operationsย and finance to keep program operations alignedย 

Programย Process & Reportingย 

  • Streamline partner-facing and internalย programย processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistencyย 
  • Improveย programย reporting infrastructureย for partners:ย partner performance dashboards, program metrics, and pipeline data,ย in partnership with sales opsย ย 
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across partner records and reporting systemsย 

Partner Engagement Executionย 

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic partner programs: Executive Sponsor Program, Partner Roundtables, Partner Advisory Boardย 
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for partners navigating the programย 
  • Track engagement metrics and help iterate programs based on resultsย 
Qualifications

What We're Looking Forย 

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel operations, partner programs, or a related role in B2B techย 
  • Familiarity with the partner ecosystem:ย resellers/VARs, ISVs, and/or systems integratorsย 
  • Strong process orientation: document things, closingย loops, andย follow throughย 
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools (Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, BI tools like Tableau)ย 
  • Clear written and verbal communicator,ย able to work with partners and internal stakeholders alikeย 
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreamsย 
  • Experience with PRM platforms (e.g.,ย Impartner, Alliances, Salesforce PRM)ย 
  • Background in channel marketing, partner enablement, or sales operationsย
