Ansell is looking for a Channel Inside Sales & Program Manager to join our team!

In this position you will join a dynamic team at the center of Scientific commercial growth. As the Channel Inside Sales & Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, strengthening channel partnerships, and bringing strategic initiatives to life. Combining proactive sales engagement with program leadership, you'll help turn opportunities into results, enhance the customer and partner experience, and ensure the operational excellence needed to support continued growth across the Scientific business.

What your role will be?

  • Drive profitable growth across the Scientific channel through proactive lead management, quoting, follow-up and opportunity conversion.

  • Build strong distributor and channel-partner relationships to increase responsiveness, reorder activity and share of wallet.

  • Lead sales-enablement and channel programs that turn strategic priorities into scalable, measurable action.

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve execution, remove barriers and enhance the partner and customer experience.

  • Use CRM, data and reporting tools to strengthen pipeline visibility, KPI tracking and commercial decision-making.

  • Identify process improvements and revenue opportunities that boost efficiency, effectiveness and growth.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • 3 years of inside sales, channel/commercial support, or program/operations experience, preferably in healthcare, scientific or life-sciences markets.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce/SFDC preferred) and comfort with sales dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-through skills across competing priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage channel partners and internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.

  • Travel < 15%.
