THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Channel Marketing Manager for our Revenue Marketing team in Remote, US!

This Channel Marketing Manager role is a critical part of our Revenue Marketing Team. We are looking for a highly capable marketing manager to define and execute the strategy that fuels our growth through a dynamic network of partners. This is a significant opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial marketer to establish and build our Channel Marketing program from the ground up. You will be instrumental in creating the strategy, infrastructure, and execution plan necessary to activate and drive revenue through our largest channel partners, including major benefits brokers (like Sequoia) and payroll/HR platforms (like ADP and Paychex). This role is perfect for someone who excels in complexity and is motivated by the challenge of creating a scalable and impactful program.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Architect and launch the foundational Channel Marketing program at Wellhub, defining the core processes, metrics, and scalable playbooks for partner engagement.
  • Develop a tiered marketing strategy that maps to the unique needs and integration points of our key partner types, including the Benefits Broker Channel and Platform Integration Channel.
  • Create, manage, and scale a comprehensive library of partner-facing marketing assets, collaborating with Field Marketing for localization and activation.
  • Lead the development and execution of joint value propositions, positioning, and co-marketing budgets for key strategic partners.
  • Own the marketing and execution for Wellhub's largest channel partner events of the year, including annual summit sponsorships, broker conferences, and custom webinars.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, and Paid Media teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless handover of partner-generated leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on channel marketing performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and demonstrating the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced B2B marketer with a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, including at least 2 years in a dedicated Channel Marketing or Partner Marketing role.
  • A proven builder with a track record of establishing a marketing program or major initiative from the ground up within a fast-paced environment.
  • An autonomous marketer who demonstrates G4 level capabilities, including ownership of a critical domain and the ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior stakeholders.
  • An exceptional communicator with top-tier written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both internal and external audiences.
  • A highly organized self-starter who is proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses a strong bias for action.
  • An industry-savvy marketer with a strong understanding of the Health Benefits, HR Technology, or Payroll/HRIS ecosystem (prior experience with vendors like Sequoia, ADP, or Paychex is highly desired).

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in B2B marketing and channel/partner marketing is a mandatory requirement.
