Who You Are

As the Channel Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing programs that accelerate growth, strengthen partner engagement, and support full-funnel enablement through our distribution partner network. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Channel Partners, you will help bring channel marketing strategies to life through campaign execution, content development, partner communications, and performance reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will be a hands-on contributor responsible for coordinating initiatives, managing multiple projects, and ensuring partners have the marketing tools and resources they need to successfully position and sell DIRTT solutions. This role requires a collaborative, organized, and data-driven marketer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Please note while this role is open to candidates across the country and very strong preference will be given to those in Chicago, Dallas or Houston

What You’ll Do
  • Support the execution of channel marketing strategies that align with company growth objectives and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and partner programs that generate demand and increase pipeline through distribution and channel partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute marketing assets, sales enablement tools, presentations, campaign kits, and promotional materials for channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to ensure marketing initiatives support partner needs and sales objectives.
  • Assist in tailoring marketing programs and messaging for different partner types, vertical markets, and geographic regions.
  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product launches, campaign announcements, and promotional updates.
  • Coordinate partner participation in webinars, events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging channel needs.
  • Maintain channel marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Support partner onboarding by coordinating marketing resources, training materials, and communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, partner engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with experience supporting channel, partner, field, or sales enablement marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, including distributors, dealers, resellers, or strategic partner networks.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and sales enablement channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across Marketing, Sales and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing collaboration/project management tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience in manufacturing, commercial interiors, construction, architecture, or building products is considered an asset.
