Fred Beans Automotive is a leading automotive dealership group and is looking for an experienced Used Car Manager at our Buick GMC store in Mechanicsburg, PA.

We take pride in providing high-quality used vehicles and exceptional customer service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Managers to lead our sales teams and contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our used car sales department, including managing the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with our General Manager and other department heads to achieve our sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive used car sales growth and profitability.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage used car inventory to ensure a well-maintained and attractive selection.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

Training: Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.

Reporting: Analyze sales data and produce regular reports to evaluate department performance and identify areas for improvement.
