The New Car Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations with a strong focus on CRM activity, sales consultant follow-up, and customer engagement. This role requires a highly driven leader with strong closing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales floor operations and ensure all customers are attended to with customer introductions
  • Train and coach sales staff
