The AWS Brick and Network Deployment (BaND) team is searching for a passionate and talented program manager to lead networking implementation projects, from initial concept through to establishing standardized processes that can be rolled out across our global facilities.
You will lead programs alongside partner teams to define pilot projects, develop strategic plans, and create operational deployment procedures

You will coordinate with various leadership teams to establish requirements and timelines. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to actively share project updates, ensure alignment with internal stakeholders, manage issue resolution, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with Brick and Network Deployment teams to create Weekly Business Review documents and lead cross-functional review sessions.
Develop operational metrics and create visual representations (graphs, tables, dashboards) to present Key Performance Indicators.
Build a deep functional knowledge of Data Center Networking operations and work with stakeholders to advance automation initiatives.
Present program status and decision narratives to senior leadership, using your expertise to influence scalable solutions.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders both within and outside the organization

Monitor performance trends, identify risks/issues, escalate when necessary, remove obstacles (within your span of control), and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage medium to high complexity projects and improve processes that have significant business impacts, contributing to enhanced quality, productivity, or customer experience.
Collaborate with Data Center Networking TIPMs, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and other Program Management teams to identify, establish baselines, and deliver goals.
Create and maintain team resources (e.g., Wiki pages), encourage team collaboration in developing guiding Tenets, and monitor progress towards Kingpin goals.

The individual will be responsible for driving strategy and initiatives. The candidate should work with key business partners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

This individual needs to manage change and have the ability to build the right mechanisms to support our organization and influence other teams.
The candidate should be able to clearly define data requirements and metrics. They will need to identify opportunities to invent and simplify processes, identify business risks and implement resolutions and scalable mechanisms.
Finally, this is a critical role on a team that drives/supports a number of AWS leadership reviews

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate ideas concisely to a wide variety of stakeholders for purposes ranging from informative to need for approvals from executives.
