Operations Planner

The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your operational expertise to work on projects for the Headquarters Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Information, Information Plans and Strategy Division. You'll synchronize, coordinate, and develop staff processes across DCI Divisions while engaging with other Headquarters Marine Corps offices. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:

  • Experience synchronizing staff processes

  • Experience with Operational Planning Teams (OPT)

  • Ability to solve complex problems involving multiple stakeholders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years directly related experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Online administration site and permission management

Nice If You Have:

  • Military experience

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Experience serving as a secretariat for General Officer/SES-level decision board

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written executive communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
